The aim of a sports massage is to help prevent injuries, treat a pre-existing injury, and assist to rectifying a muscular imbalance and/or dysfunction. A sports massage has many benefits including increasing circulation (and thus healing) and lymphatic drainage, improving flexibility, reducing muscular tension, & improving your posture.
